Contribute to the Chase Leadership Development Program Summer Analyst role offers a 9-week immersive experience with exposure to multiple business units and real impact projects.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving product development lifecycle including testing, iterating, measuring, and marketing new features
  • Overseeing project management efforts for high-visibility brands, including marketing and media initiatives
  • Evaluating and quantifying business strategies aligned with regulatory controls
  • Collaborating across business, product areas, and functions such as Engineering, Brand, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and UX Design to develop innovative solutions

About You

What you'll need:

  • Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th year M.A. or M.S. degree with expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent project management, problem solving, and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, responsive team player able to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Interest in supporting innovative financial products and services
  • U.S. work authorization required; no employment-based immigration sponsorship provided

Preferred qualifications:

  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0
  • Coursework in Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Analytics, Information Systems, or Emerging Technology in Business is a plus
